Why We Started Finding Fulfilment Alternative Provision
 

We created Finding Fulfilment Alternative Provision because we believe every young person deserves an opportunity to learn, build confidence and experience success in an environment where they feel understood, valued and supported. Our aim is to provide a welcoming, practical and engaging alternative provision for young people who may not thrive within traditional education settings.
 

Our combined experience spans across education, alternative provision, residential childcare, safeguarding, leadership, policing and youth support. We have worked directly with children and young people in a range of settings, giving us a strong understanding of the different experiences, needs and barriers that can affect engagement with education.

Our mission is to empower young people to develop skills, build relationships, improve confidence, learn about independence and discover their strengths through holistic education; focusing on sports, gaming and life skills to achieve a fulfilling future.
